Stronghold is a family-owned business making high volumes of steel office and industrial storage products in Campbellfield, Melbourne for over 20 years. We’re part of the Culpan Industries family, which has been creating top quality commercial furniture for over half a century.
Many of our staff have been here for years (and some for decades). Our brand is well known around Melbourne for our quality work and get-it-done attitude.

Our Campbellfield factory
We make everything in our factory in Campbellfield, Melbourne. Our team of experienced machinists, engineers and product designers have worked on major infrastructure projects, complex manufacturing orders and all kinds of steel furniture and storage.
Because we don’t rely on importing our products, we can give you an added dimension of customisation to give you the perfect product for your project.

Adam Culpan
Managing Director
As a qualified engineer, Adam started his career in structural steel working on some of Melbourne's major infrastructure projects. His involvement with office furniture began with the creation of Stronghold in 2001, a manufacturer of steel office furniture and storage systems in Melbourne.
Suzie Hollins
Director
Part of the ownership group at Stronghold, Suzie has used her sales, marketing and finance experience to strengthen the position of both Stronghold and our laminate partner AMD Commercial Furniture in the marketplace.
Nick Hollins
General Manager
After Nick graduated from Mechanical Engineering, he began his career in the automotive parts industry in quality assurance. He has been involved in manufacturing in Melbourne for over 20 years and is a technical and creative resource our clients rely on to design and manufacture top quality, functional components and steel solutions.
Veera Subramanian
Production Manager
Veera started with Stronghold in 2013 as a qualified CNC Machinist, and now leads production in our factory. His engineering background, combined with his outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills means work is supplied to clients on time.
Jade Unger
Office Manager
Jade joined the Stronghold team in 2014 in an adminsitration role. Her all round knowledge and efficiency has seen Jade promoted to office manager and take on the responsibilty for the management of all administration and accounts functions.
Jay Umashankar
Technical Officer
Jay joined the Stronghold team in 2011 and is responsible for the programming and output of our laser cutting and punching equipment. With many design and tooling qualifications, Jay can take your project from a concept to completion.
Sue Ings
Office Administrator
Sue joined the Stronghold team in October 2021, having many years of administration experience in the manufacturing sector. Sue's bright and bubbly personality has made her a hit with our staff and customers.
