Do you only sell to businesses?

Yes. We supply registered Australian businesses including resellers, builders, government and other commercial operators. We do not sell directly to the public.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Approved commercial customers can request access to our wholesale price list for standard products.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

As a manufacturer supplying commercial projects, we are generally set up for project quantities rather than single-item orders. If you have a smaller requirement, contact our team and we can advise on the most practical approach.

Can you customise products?

Yes. We manufacture our products locally in Melbourne so we can adjust sizes, layouts and finishes to suit specific project requirements. Our team wll confirm these during quoting

No problem. Our website features our most popular products - not everything we make. Contact us and let us know the exact product, material or size you need - chances are we've already made what you're looking for, or close to it.

Can you work from my drawings or plans?

Yes. We regularly work from architectural drawings, schedules and project specifications. If you have plans or layouts available, send them through and we'll review them and recommend products that match.

How do I get a quote?

Simply click the Get a Quote button on any product page or use the Contact Us form in the footer. You can also call our team directly on 03 9357 8343. We typically respond within 2–3 business days, although complex projects may take longer.

What is the production lead time?

Lead times vary depending on quantity, configuration and finish. All our products are manufactured locally, typical production timeframes start from around 4 weeks. We'll confirm our final lead time during quoting and scheduled once an order is placed.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver throughout metropolitan Melbourne and can arrange freight for interstate or regional projects. You can also collect yor order directly from our Campbellfield manufacturing facility.
